Event Artist Application Form and Information.
The final 2013 artist event will be the Holiday Bazaar on December 14.
The submitted form will be emailed to the event committee and you will be contacted.
Artists accepted for the event must also complete the Artist Permission Form.
Deadline for Application is December 4, 2013.
Please Note:
Event hours: 2 pm - 8 pm
Set up between 12 noon and 1:45 P.M.
Tent Rental $15 while supplies last (artists are encouraged to bring their own tents.)
Application fee waived for the Holiday Bazaar
